We are delighted to welcome Ben to the Mole Group Utilities team!

Before joining us, Ben worked in a modern, high-tech sales office, where he developed excellent communication skills and gained valuable experience in a fast-paced working environment. Looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to work in a more hands-on role, Ben decided it was time for a career change—and we're thrilled he chose to make that journey with us.

From day one, Ben has been an excellent fit for the team. His positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic have made him a valued member of the business already. He has embraced the change with enthusiasm and has settled into life at Mole Group Utilities with ease, building great relationships with colleagues across the company.

Ben has also impressed everyone with how quickly he has progressed through his training. He successfully completed all of the relevant training in a remarkably short space of time, demonstrating both his commitment to learning and his ability to pick up new skills quickly. His determination to develop and succeed has been clear from the outset, and it has been fantastic to watch his confidence grow.
